Wind Point Partners Acquires D&H United Fueling Solutions from KLH Capital

Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired D&H United Fueling Solutions, a Houston-headquartered provider of testing, inspection, repair and installation services for petroleum fueling stations and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The seller was KLH Capital; D&H will continue to be led by CEO Bo Sasnett with management retaining an ownership stake as Wind Point supports an organic- and M&A-driven growth plan focused on expanding the technician base, service capabilities and geographic density.

D&H United Acquires Kubat Equipment & Service Co.

D&H United Fueling Solutions, a KLH Capital–backed provider of petroleum fueling and EV charging equipment and services, has acquired Kubat Equipment & Service Co., a Denver-based turnkey supplier of retail fueling, automotive and carwash equipment. The deal expands D&H United’s geographic footprint in the Mountain West, increases recurring revenue and adds carwash parts and supplies to its product and service offering; Kubat’s president Craig Hoyer will become VP, Colorado and Mountain West Operations.

D&H United Acquires Valley Tank Testing

D&H United Fueling Solutions acquired Cochise Contractors, Services and Petroleum Equipment (Cochise) of Phoenix, Arizona, adding Cochise’s ~70 employees and expanding D&H’s footprint in the Arizona market. The deal expands D&H’s service offerings and coverage across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, and the combined company will operate ~16 branches with roughly 570 employees; D&H is PE-backed by KLH Capital.
