Toshiba America Energy Systems Acquires EtaPRO Business from GP Strategies

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES), an affiliate of Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation, has completed the acquisition of the EtaPRO business from GP Strategies Corporation. TAES will integrate EtaPRO employees and operations into its energy services portfolio to expand digital twin, monitoring and predictive-maintenance capabilities for power generation customers worldwide.
