ZeroAvia Acquires HyPoint

ZeroAvia has acquired HyPoint, a developer of high-temperature hydrogen fuel cell stacks, integrating HyPoint’s ~40 engineering staff and IP into ZeroAvia’s hydrogen powertrain business. The deal brings HyPoint’s HTPEM fuel cell technology into ZeroAvia’s R&D and production footprint to accelerate development of hydrogen-electric powertrains for fixed-wing and rotorcraft applications.

Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired D&H United Fueling Solutions, a Houston-headquartered provider of testing, inspection, repair and installation services for petroleum fueling stations and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The seller was KLH Capital; D&H will continue to be led by CEO Bo Sasnett with management retaining an ownership stake as Wind Point supports an organic- and M&A-driven growth plan focused on expanding the technician base, service capabilities and geographic density.
