Yusen Logistics has acquired Taylored Services, a U.S.-based multichannel 3PL fulfillment provider headquartered in Edison, New Jersey. The transaction adds 11 distribution centers (approximately 2.9 million sq. ft.) and 350+ employees to Yusen’s U.S. contract logistics footprint, strengthening its omnichannel, wholesale and e‑commerce fulfillment capabilities and port‑centric distribution network.

The Occasions Group, a Taylor Corporation company, has agreed to acquire the assets of Accu Copy of Greenville, Inc., which operates under the AccuLink and AccuFlex brands. Mitsui & Co., Ltd. has acquired all shares of Taylor & Martin Enterprises, LLC, a US-based truck auction business headquartered in Fremont, Nebraska. Mitsui said the acquisition expands its industrial and mobility capabilities in North America, leveraging Taylor & Martin's auction expertise to grow auction sites and services across the US.

Taylored Fulfillment Services Acquires U.S. Operations of Toll Global Logistics

Taylored Fulfillment Services, together with FMI International and Joseph DeSaye, closed the acquisition of the U.S. operations of Toll Global Logistics from Toll Group. The deal adds more than 4.1 million square feet across port-centric facilities in Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York, Miami and Louisville, tripling Taylored’s footprint in key distribution metros and expanding its port-to-door 3PL capabilities.
