ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires Diversified Precision Products

ARCH Cutting Tools Corp., part of ARCH Global Holdings LLC, has acquired Diversified Precision Products, Inc., a Spring Arbor, Michigan-based maker of custom round carbide cutting tools and centerless grinder work rest blades. The acquisition expands ARCH’s custom tooling capabilities and domestic manufacturing capacity to better serve automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial customers. Steve Lazaroff, owner of Diversified Precision Products, will transition the business into the ARCH Cutting Tools platform.

Arc Adaptive Machining Solutions Acquires H&W Tool

Arc Drilling (now rebranded as Arc Adaptive Machining Solutions) has acquired H&W Tool, a provider of airfoil machining services for the aerospace, defense and power generation markets. The combination—backed by majority owner Washington Equity Partners—creates a vertically integrated airfoil machining platform with expanded EDM, adaptive machining, waterjet and grinding capabilities across six U.S. manufacturing sites.
