Autodesk Takes Minority Stake in Aurigo Software

Autodesk has acquired a minority stake in Aurigo Software and formed an alliance to integrate Aurigo’s cloud-based capital program and project management solutions with Autodesk Construction Cloud. The collaboration aims to provide owners a single end-to-end platform for design, planning, construction and operations, expanding Autodesk’s construction technology capabilities.
