LCI Industries' Lippert Acquires Girard Systems and Girard Products LLC

Lippert Components Manufacturing, Inc., a subsidiary of LCI Industries (Lippert), has acquired substantially all of the business assets of Girard Systems and Girard Products LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of proprietary awnings and tankless water heaters serving the recreational vehicle (RV), specialty vehicle and aftermarket channels. The acquisition expands Lippert's product portfolio in shade and appliance offerings for OEM and aftermarket customers and aims to drive new content growth across RV classes.

Lippert (LCI Industries) Acquires RVibrake

LCI Industries, through its wholly owned subsidiary Lippert Components (CURT), acquired RVibrake, a maker of patented flat-tow braking systems, with the deal closing on March 6, 2025. Lippert obtained RVibrake’s intellectual property (including the RVibrake 3 and RVibrake Shadow) to expand CURT’s flat-towing and safety product portfolio and accelerate new product launches.

Lippert (LCI Industries) Acquires Trazcor, Inc.

LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components, acquired substantially all of the business assets of Trazcor, Inc., a specialized metal fabricator in Goshen, Indiana. The purchase adds Trazcor's aluminum sidewall and panel manufacturing capabilities to Lippert's existing metal fabrication operations, creating vertical integration and immediate synergies for serving RV, utility trailer and marine OEM markets.

The acquisition expands Lippert’s product offering into seating and vehicle interiors for bus, rail, marine and commercial vehicle markets and preserves Freedman’s Chicago operations.

LCI/Lippert (Furrion) Acquires Way Interglobal Network LLC

LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components and its brand/subsidiary Furrion LLC, acquired substantially all of the business assets of Way Interglobal Network LLC, an Elkhart, Indiana-based supplier of appliances and electronics to the RV industry. The deal (which excludes Way's power generator assets and the Way brand) adds Way’s Everchill and Greystone brands, expands North American R&D and warehousing capacity, and strengthens Lippert/Furrion’s RV appliance and electronics portfolio.
