In connection with the deal, private equity firm SkyKnight Capital invested incremental capital into WhiteWater to support accelerated growth.

WhiteWater Express Acquires Rev Car Wash

WhiteWater Holding Company, LLC (WhiteWater), a Houston-based express car wash platform backed by SkyKnight Capital, has acquired Rev Car Wash, LLC, a Dallas-based operator, adding three locations in Plano, Garland, and Rowlett. The deal expands WhiteWater's footprint to 15 locations across Texas and Oklahoma; Rev's sites will be converted to the WhiteWater brand and operated by WhiteWater's existing management team while Rev's management and employees remain with the business.

Houston-based WhiteWater Express Car Wash acquired Whitewalls Car Wash, a two-unit operator in Crosby, Texas, on August 31 and Mustang Express Car Wash, a newly built single-site in Marble Falls, Texas, on August 18. The operator will onboard existing employees, maintain its unlimited membership and service programs, and continue geographic expansion with additional openings planned in Texas and the Midwest.

WhiteWater’s founders (Steve Mathis, Clayton Clark, Shane Wilson) and investor SkyKnight Capital will remain significant investors and the existing management team will continue to lead as the company pursues further multi-regional expansion and densification of markets.

Super Star Car Wash Acquires Wave Wash

Super Star Car Wash, a TSG Consumer Partners–backed car wash operator headquartered in Phoenix, has acquired Wave Wash, an eight-location express conveyor car wash operator in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The acquisition expands Super Star's presence in the DFW market to 17 locations and adds Wave Wash's team, facilities and development pipeline; financial terms were not disclosed.

El Car Wash Acquires Sweetwater Dr. Phillips and Suncoast Express Car Wash

El Car Wash has acquired two Florida car wash locations: Sweetwater Car Wash Dr. Phillips in Orlando and Suncoast Express Car Wash in Fort Myers. The deals expand El Car Wash's footprint in Central and Southwest Florida as add-on acquisitions to its PE-backed platform following a 2022 recapitalization with Warburg Pincus.
