Ferraro Foods has acquired Cremosa Food Company and New Cremflora Foods, bringing the two family-owned pizza- and restaurant-focused distributors into the Ferraro Foods platform. The deal expands Ferraro's footprint and product offering along the East Coast, combining legacy family brands and refrigerated distribution capabilities based in Melville, New York and Ocala, Florida.
