MVB Bank, a subsidiary of MVB Financial Corp., has acquired a majority interest in Trabian Technology, a software development firm that builds digital products and applications for community banks, credit unions, digital banks and fintechs. The deal strengthens MVB's fintech capabilities by adding technology expertise, a new revenue stream and talent while keeping Trabian's leadership and operations in place.
