Zenith Energy Acquires Bulk Terminal Storage from Guttman Realty

Zenith Energy Terminals Holdings LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of Bulk Terminal Storage from Guttman Realty, adding three storage terminals in Aurora, Ohio; Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania; and Star City, West Virginia with 560,000 barrels of aggregate capacity. The deal expands Zenith’s Midwest and Marcellus/Utica footprint and strengthens its ability to store conventional fuels and alternative fuels including renewable diesel, biofuel and ethanol.

Global Partners LP Acquires Four Liquid Energy Terminals from Gulf Oil

Global Partners LP has completed the acquisition of four liquid energy terminals from Gulf Oil Limited Partnership — Chelsea, MA; New Haven, CT; Linden, NJ; and Woodbury, NJ — for $212.3 million. The terminals add approximately 3.0 million barrels of shell capacity and strengthen Global's storage and distribution network across the U.S. Northeast, expanding its ability to serve gasoline, distillate and ethanol markets.

Global Partners LP Acquires 25 Liquid Energy Terminals from Motiva Enterprises

Global Partners LP completed the acquisition of 25 liquid energy terminals from Motiva Enterprises LLC for $305.8 million in cash, supported by a 25-year take-or-pay throughput agreement with Motiva. The purchase nearly doubles Global's U.S. terminal footprint, expanding access to marine loading facilities and major refined-product pipelines to strengthen its supply, storage and retail network.

Zenith American Solutions Acquires Pacific Federal (PacFed)

Zenith American Solutions has acquired Pacific Federal, a California-based employee benefits administrator, to deepen its West Coast presence and expand its national third-party administration capabilities. PacFed serves more than 200 employers and 30,000 members in Southern California; PacFed's president Jim Garrison will continue to lead the business and report to Zenith's CEO. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Phillips 66 Acquires Pinnacle Midstream from Energy Spectrum Capital

Phillips 66 has agreed to acquire Pinnacle Midland Parent LLC (Pinnacle Midstream II) from private equity firm Energy Spectrum Capital for $550 million to expand its natural gas gathering and processing footprint in the Midland Basin. The assets include the Dos Picos 220 MMcf/d processing plant, ~80 miles of gathering pipeline and 50,000 dedicated acres; the deal is expected to close mid‑2024 subject to customary conditions, including HSR clearance.

United Energy Corporation Acquires Integrity Terminals, LLC

United Energy Corporation (UNRG) acquired 100% of Integrity Terminals, LLC, expanding its midstream footprint and moving from a prior 12% minority stake to full ownership. The acquisition includes an option to purchase 686 acres in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, for a planned Gulf Coast bulk storage and import/export terminal; UNRG has engaged EXCEL Midstream Solutions for design, permitting and engineering work.
