The transaction is FMS' third add-on since partnering with New Heritage and expands FMS' tax and planning capabilities within its tech-enabled and SaaS-based suite for multi-site retailers.

Compusoft Group Acquires Access Information Technologies (contractERP)

Norway-based Compusoft Group has acquired Access Information Technologies (Access IT), the publisher of contractERP — an ERP solution built on Microsoft Business Central for the window & door and adjacent construction-material industries. The deal adds back-end ERP capabilities to Compusoft’s visual CPQ suite, expanding its end-to-end offering and strengthening its footprint in North America and adjacent industries like architectural opening distribution and building material supply.

StarRez Acquires Residential Management Systems (RMS)

The deal preserves management continuity (founder Glen Jonas to remain as Non‑Executive Chairman) and positions RFT to scale through operational improvements, digital transformation and strategic acquisitions under SRM’s ownership.
