Two Labs (an Envision Pharma Group company) Acquires Riparian

Two Labs, part of Envision Pharma Group, has acquired Riparian, a pharma consulting and SaaS firm that specializes in government price reporting, rebates, and program operations. The deal expands Two Labs' and Envision's capability in government pricing and strengthens their US expansion plans; Riparian will continue operating from its Henderson, Nevada headquarters and its founders will remain with the business. Terms were not disclosed.
