CORDENTAL Group Management, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has acquired AppleWhite Dental (AppleWhite Dental Partners) from Tonka Bay Equity Partners; terms were not disclosed. Headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, AppleWhite supports over 150 dentists and hygienists across 35 offices in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, and the deal expands CORDENTAL's Midwest footprint and scale as an add-on to its platform.
