Lockton Affinity Acquires SBG, Inc.

Lockton Affinity, an affiliate of Lockton Companies based in Overland Park, Kansas, has acquired SBG, Inc., a provider of wholesale distribution for annuities, life, long-term care and disability insurance. The deal expands Lockton Affinity's capabilities and program offering to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), financial advisors and other wealth-advisor channels, with SBG's founder Bill Dolan remaining as a strategic advisor.
