Lumifi Cyber Inc. has acquired Netsurion, a Fort Lauderdale-based managed XDR/MDR provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition adds about 400 customers and engineering, customer success and sales resources to Lumifi and is intended to expand Lumifi's MDR capabilities via its U.S.-based SOC and SHIELDVision platform.

Netigate Acquires Lumoa

Somatus Acquires Strategic Assets from Lumiata

The acquisition expands Lumifi's incident response and professional services capabilities—strengthening its healthcare and critical infrastructure coverage—and brings over 200 customers into Lumifi's combined base.
