Antin Infrastructure Partners’ Flagship Fund IV has agreed to acquire Wildstone, the UK-based owner of over 3,000 outdoor advertising billboards, from DigitalBridge Group. Antin will partner with Wildstone’s management to accelerate digitisation and replicate the platform’s UK success across key European markets; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2022.
