Vytalize Health (EHP-backed) Acquires Controlling Stake in Independent Physician Association of New York

Vytalize Health, a value-based care platform backed by Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP), acquired a controlling stake in the Independent Physician Association of New York (IPA NY) by taking control of its management company, Practice Management of America (PMA). The transaction follows a $100 million equity and debt financing round led by EHP with debt support from Monroe Capital and is intended to deepen Vytalize’s provider network and expand its presence in commercial and Medicare Advantage markets.

PatientPal — which serves over 40 customers in 35 states — will be rebranded into Med-Metrix’s AnalytX suite to expand front-end intake, automation and RPA capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
