AI Fire, a TruArc Partners-backed fire protection and life safety platform (with minority interest held by Snow Phipps Group), completed four add-on acquisitions—Blackstone Fire Control, FESS Fire Protection, TEC Control Systems and BCI Technologies—to expand its regional footprint and service capabilities across the United States. The buys increase density in New England and the Carolinas and add low-voltage capabilities in the Dallas market, supporting AI Fire's buy-and-build growth strategy.
