Marcone, a Genstar Capital portfolio company, has acquired Munch's Supply, a leading distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies headquartered in Hillside, Illinois. Harvest Partners SCF, LP made a non-control investment in Marcone to support the transaction; Ridgemont Equity Partners sold its stake and will retain a meaningful minority interest alongside Munch's management.
