Ekco, a European managed cloud and security services provider, has acquired Radius Technologies, a Waterford-based managed service provider that supports SMBs across Ireland. The deal strengthens Ekco's regional presence in Waterford and Cork and lets Ekco extend its 24/7 security offerings to Radius's customers as part of its continued MSP growth in Ireland.

LendingClub Corporation completed the acquisition of Radius Bancorp, Inc. and its digital banking subsidiary Radius Bank, combining LendingClub’s online lending marketplace with Radius’s award-winning digital deposit and banking-as-a-service platform.
