EVI Industries Acquires Eastern Laundry Systems

EVI Industries, Inc. has executed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire substantially all the assets and certain liabilities of Baystate Business Ventures d/b/a Eastern Laundry Systems, a Taunton, Massachusetts-based distributor of commercial and vended laundry equipment and provider of installation and maintenance services. The acquisition furthers EVI's strategy to expand its sales and service footprint and service operations in the New England market; the transaction is expected to close upon satisfaction of closing conditions.
