DENSO Corporation has acquired Axia Vegetable Seeds B.V., a Netherlands-based vegetable seed breeder focused on high-performing tomato seeds for greenhouse production. DENSO will integrate its industrial, image-recognition and AI technologies with Axia's breeding expertise to accelerate seed development and advance AgriTech-enabled automated and climate-adaptive cultivation.
