All States Ag Parts (ASAP), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Kern County Tractor Parts, a McFarland, California-based seller of new, used and remanufactured agricultural parts. The deal is ASAP’s third add-on under Kinderhook and expands ASAP’s retail footprint into California, adding a salvage yard and broader access to inventory across ASAP’s network.
