An affiliate of All States Ag Parts (a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries) has acquired H&R Construction Parts & Equipment, a Buffalo, New York-based supplier of new, used, reconditioned and rebuilt heavy equipment parts. The acquisition is the fifth add-on for All States Ag Parts and expands ASAP's product offering and presence in the construction and heavy-equipment parts market.
