Spectrum Plastics Group has acquired substantially all assets of KCS Plastics LTD., a Langley, British Columbia-based polyethylene packaging and blown-film manufacturer. The acquisition adds blown films capacity and capabilities to Spectrum’s PPC Industries Film Division and expands its geographic reach into Canada while preserving KCS’s food-contact packaging capabilities for food, industrial and medical end markets.
