Hyland Acquires Streamline Health's Enterprise Content Management Business

Hyland has completed the acquisition of the enterprise content management (ECM) business from Streamline Health Solutions, expanding Hyland Healthcare's content services and enterprise imaging offerings. The deal transfers Streamline Health's ECM customers and employees to Hyland and broadens Hyland's capabilities to help healthcare organizations manage clinical documents, medical images and other unstructured content.

The deal included $20 million of cash and stock consideration plus an estimated $15 million performance-based earnout; Avelead had an ARR run rate of $5.7 million and twelve-month revenue of $10.2 million as of June 30, 2021.
