Brandshare — previously a portfolio company of Aperion Management, LNC Partners, and Ocean Avenue Capital Partners — will continue to be led by CEO Alan Verdun and has approximately 50 employees.

Advantive Acquires DataNet and PQ Systems

Advantive, a mission-critical software provider for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, has acquired DataNet (maker of WinSPC) and PQ Systems (provider of SQCpack and GAGEpack) to expand its statistical process control (SPC), quality and gage calibration software capabilities. The deals broaden Advantive's manufacturing software portfolio and deepen its ability to serve customers across manufacturing and distribution end markets.

Accenture Acquires Award Solutions

The Award Solutions team of 29 employees will join Accenture LearnVantage to expand the company's training content and capabilities for network leaders, operations engineers and IT professionals.

ITG Communications Acquires Advantage Utilities LLC

ITG Communications, a national provider of fulfillment, construction, and project management services to the cable, telecommunications, and utility industries, has acquired Advantage Utilities LLC, a New Hampshire–based fiber construction and maintenance company. The acquisition brings Advantage's ~85 W-2 employees and large subcontractor network into ITG, expanding ITG's Northeast footprint and customer partnerships across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.

ComfortHost (Cloud Equity Group) Acquires Advantagecom Networks

Cloud Equity Group and its portfolio company ComfortHost acquired the assets of Advantagecom Networks to expand ComfortHost’s global hosting footprint and add hardware-based virtualized cloud infrastructure capabilities. The deal is an add-on acquisition that keeps Advantagecom’s brand and existing team in place while expanding ComfortHost’s geographic presence into the U.S. Northwest and broadening its product offering.
