Arcline Creates Standard Elevator Platform Through Acquisitions of Five Suppliers

Arcline Investment Management formed Standard Elevator by acquiring five elevator component suppliers: Standard Elevator Systems (SES), EMI Porta (EMI), ZZIPCO, Texacone, and Elevator Equipment Company (EECO). The roll-up creates a vertically integrated, one‑stop platform for elevator parts, components and software serving servicers and installers across the United States and Canada, with SES founder Jimmy He remaining a significant minority shareholder.
