SRS Distribution Acquires Washoe Building Supply

SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired Washoe Building Supply Inc., a Sparks, Nevada-based distributor of residential and commercial roofing products. The McGrath family (Scott, Zach and Christina) will remain in leadership roles at Washoe; terms were not disclosed and SRS said the acquisition complements its existing Roof Line presence in Reno as part of its Nevada expansion.

Arrowhead — based in St. Peters, Missouri and founded in 1997 — will continue to be led by Larry Saxe and Jerry Pogue, and the company’s roughly 130 employees will become part of the SRS platform, which is backed by Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners.

The transaction, advised by Generational Group, closed on March 24, 2025 and transfers the family-owned business to ABC Supply to expand its regional footprint and contractor network.
