Guild Garage Group, a newly formed alliance of residential-focused garage door service companies, announced a strategic partnership with Four Seasons Garage Doors, a family-owned garage door service business based in Roselle, Illinois. The deal gives Four Seasons access to Guild's financial, HR and marketing resources while the Four Seasons ownership team retains unit-level ownership as part of Guild's platform expansion into the Chicagoland market.

Carmila Acquires 93% Stake in Galimmo SCA

Carmila has closed the acquisition of 93% of the share capital of Galimmo SCA for €272 million,adding a portfolio of 52 primarily north-eastern France retail assets valued at €675 million (Dec 31, 2023). The deal is immediately accretive to Carmila's EPRA NDV and recurring earnings and strengthens its partnership with Carrefour while expanding Carmila's retail property portfolio in France.
