Digital-asset trading platform Talos has acquired blockchain data provider Coin Metrics for more than $100 million, combining Talos's execution and portfolio tooling with Coin Metrics' on-chain analytics, market data and index products. The deal creates an integrated data and investment management platform aimed at institutional crypto clients and accelerates Talos's capability expansion into market data and analytics.

DeFi Technologies Inc. has completed the acquisition of Stillman Digital Inc. and Stillman Digital Bermuda Ltd., a global digital-asset liquidity provider that offers electronic trade execution, market making and OTC block trading. The acquisition was paid in common shares of DeFi Technologies and is intended to bolster DeFi's trading capabilities, internalize trading flows from its portfolio (such as Valour), and diversify revenue through custody, FX and proprietary trading initiatives.

Rexel Acquires Talley

Rexel has agreed to acquire Talley, a U.S. distributor of wireless infrastructure products and solutions, to strengthen its data communications and datacenter offering in North America. Talley, founded in 1983 and headquartered in Santa Fe Springs/Los Angeles, will contribute roughly $360m of 2024 revenue, operates 11 warehouses with 300+ employees, and the deal is expected to close in June subject to U.S. antitrust approval.
