Providence Equity Partners has made an equity investment to become the majority owner of Brandt Information Services, a Tallahassee-based provider of software platforms for outdoor recreation management. NexPhase Capital will remain an investor while the company — which offers licensing, registrations, reservations and e-commerce solutions to public conservation agencies and outdoor organizations — will continue to be led by CEO Travis Warren.

Brandt Information Services Acquires Itinio

Brandt Information Services has acquired Itinio Reservation Management Applications and Services to expand its outdoor recreational technology offerings. Itinio, a cloud-based reservations and management suite with relationships across five state agencies and multiple county/municipal customers, will be integrated into Brandt’s reservations platform to strengthen its park and campground reservation capabilities.

BIGG Digital Assets Acquires TerraZero Technologies Inc.

BIGG Digital Assets Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of TerraZero Technologies Inc. for approximately 62 million BIGG common shares (valued at about $20 million), with closing expected in September 2023 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. TerraZero, a Vancouver-based Web3/metaverse development firm serving clients such as PwC, Warner Music and Miller Lite, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary and is expected to expand BIGG's metaverse capabilities and revenue streams.
