Southeast Mechanical Acquires Carolina Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

Southeast Mechanical, a Palladin Consumer Retail Partners-backed HVAC, plumbing and electrical platform based in Winston-Salem, acquired Wilkesboro-based Carolina Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. The acquisition expands SEM's footprint west of Winston-Salem in North Carolina; Carolina Comfort owners Scott Anderson and Nolan Eller will continue in an ongoing partnership with SEM.

The add-on deal expands SEM's presence and service density in the North Carolina Triad market and partners with former owners Jennifer and Greg Gill to continue providing HVAC sales and service.
