The deal, backed financially by Greenwich-based family office Carroll Capital, is ESI's third add-on in six months and is intended to increase market density and extend ESI's service footprint in West Michigan; Van Duinen's owner Larry Burns will join ESI's management team.

Mullen Group Acquires Pacific Northwest (PNW) Moving
