TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in Honan Insurance Group. Honan, a Melbourne-based commercial insurance broker with more than 200 employees across seven offices, will continue to be led by its existing management team who will remain shareholders alongside TA to support further domestic and international expansion.
