Genex Services, a leading provider of managed care services, has acquired M Hayes, a case management firm serving workers' compensation and disability insurance markets. The acquisition (financial terms undisclosed) adds roughly 100 employee case managers to Genex's clinical capabilities and brings M Hayes' founders into leadership roles within Genex to ensure a smooth customer transition.
