ProAmpac Acquires El Dorado Packaging

ProAmpac, a Pritzker Private Capital–owned flexible packaging company, has acquired El Dorado Packaging, a producer of multi-wall paper bags and rollstock with three manufacturing plants in Arkansas, Minnesota and Nebraska. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands ProAmpac's multi-wall bag offering into flour and food-ingredients markets and strengthens its paper packaging capabilities in industrial end markets.
