Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a majority share in Mobilhouse, a Danish manufacturer, seller and lessor of modular buildings used for offices, schools, student housing and construction-site accommodation. Mobilhouse, headquartered in Fredericia with around 100 employees and two manufacturing sites, will keep current management as minority owners while Adelis provides capital and strategic support to accelerate growth and expand the rental portfolio.

Adelis Equity Partners Partners with Håndverkskompaniet to Build Norwegian Rehabilitation Services Group

Adelis Equity Partners has partnered with Oslo-based Håndverkskompaniet to create a leading building rehabilitation and renovation group in Norway. The partnership will position Håndverkskompaniet as a platform for consolidation — targeting two to four add-on acquisitions in the first year and an ambition to double revenue by 2025; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Brookfield Business Partners L.P. completed the acquisition of Modulaire Group from TDR Capital II Holdings L.P., closing in December 2021. The deal (announced in June 2021 and completed on 15 December 2021) transfers ownership of the European modular space and portable storage leader — which operates the Algeco brand and a large rental fleet across many countries — to Brookfield as part of its industrial/services portfolio expansion.

Adelis Equity Partners Acquires Danish IT Provider netIP A/S

Adelis Equity Partners has acquired netIP A/S, a Danish one-stop-shop IT provider focused on IT outsourcing, infrastructure, security, SharePoint and consulting. The transaction values netIP at approximately DKK 375 million; netIP has ~165 employees across seven Danish offices and the founder/major shareholder Martin Kjølhede will step down from day-to-day management to remain on the board.

Adelis Equity Partners Forms Circura Danmark with Four Danish Rehabilitation Contractors

Adelis Equity Partners has partnered with four owner-led Danish rehabilitation and construction firms — Arne Pedersen A/S, Lundbæk & Hansen Bygningsforbedring A/S, LKA Entreprise A/S and Egon Olsen & Søn A/S — to establish Circura Danmark A/S, a platform group focused on building improvement and rehabilitation across Denmark. The combined group generates approximately DKK 750 million in revenue and about 400 employees, and plans to expand across Denmark through organic growth and further acquisitions.
