ACU-Serve has merged with Pinnacle (Pinnacle Revenue Management, Inc.), combining ACU-Serve’s revenue-cycle technology and teams with Pinnacle’s home infusion and ambulatory infusion center expertise. Effective July 28, 2025, the deal expands ACU-Serve’s infusion capabilities and leadership continuity — Jacqui Rose, Pinnacle’s founder and CEO, will become President of Infusion at ACU-Serve.

StateServ Acquires Delta Care Rx

Japanese healthcare operator CUC Inc., through its U.S. subsidiary CUC America Inc., has acquired a majority interest in Beyond Podiatry, a Midwest-based multi-site podiatry services platform. The deal (reported as a ~79.35% stake purchase) marks CUC's first entry into the U.S. healthcare market and follows a sale by Albaron Partners/Albaron Podiatry Holdings LLC.
