The deal brings more than 850 technology engineers into Orion's US delivery team and strengthens Orion's capabilities in software engineering, telecom engineering, managed services, cybersecurity and data analytics, with expanded depth in financial services, telecommunications and healthcare verticals.

Orion Advisor Solutions Acquires Redtail Technology

Orion Advisor Solutions has agreed to acquire Redtail Technology, a web-based CRM provider for financial advisors, to embed Redtail's CRM into Orion's wealthtech platform and deliver a more integrated advisor-client technology experience. The deal, announced April 19, 2022 and completed June 6, 2022, will keep Redtail operating as a brand entity within Orion with Redtail CEO Brian McLaughlin becoming Orion's President of CRM.

Bregal Unternehmerkapital to Acquire Majority Stake in Relatech

Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital have entered into a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Relatech S.p.A., with a mandatory tender offer to follow aiming at delisting the company from Euronext Growth Milan. The transaction positions Relatech as a platform investment for BU IV and aims to accelerate organic and inorganic growth, expand cybersecurity offerings, and extend the company's international reach.
