Takkion Holdings Acquires Renew Energy, Inc.

Takkion Holdings LLC, a portfolio company backed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, has acquired Sioux Falls-based Renew Energy, Inc., a provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the renewable energy market. The acquisition expands Takkion's capabilities in wind and solar logistics, supply chain, transportation management and O&M, and RENEW's management team and brand will remain intact as part of the combined platform.

TAKKION TP&L Holdings LLC, a portfolio company backed by funds managed by Apollo Global Management, has acquired Harvest Energy Services, a Broomfield, Colorado-based provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions for the renewable energy industry. The deal expands TAKKION's wind O&M capabilities—notably blade repair—and adds a high-throughput training center in Broomfield to support hiring and service scale across North America.

TXO Adds AirWay Group in US Expansion

TXO, a PE-backed global technology lifecycle services platform, has acquired the AirWay Group to expand its North American presence and broaden lifecycle management, staging, logistics, and network engineering capabilities. AirWay — which operates an R2/ISO-certified facility in Hebron, Kentucky and serves more than 250 telecom and broadband customers worldwide — will operate under the AirWay name while integrating with TXO's global platform.

AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC
