Takkion Acquires Airway Services

Takkion TP&L Holdings LLC, a platform backed by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, has acquired Airway Services LLC, a San Angelo, Texas-based provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) and technical staffing for utility-scale wind energy projects. Airway was sold by Concentric Equity Partners and Northaven Capital Partners; Airway's management team will remain in place and the brand will continue to operate within the Takkion platform to expand renewable energy O&M capabilities.
