The deal expands Ntracts’ capabilities by adding MCN’s policy library, StayAlert regulatory monitoring and LMS content to create a unified platform for healthcare contracting, policy management and training; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Ntracts' capability set for administrative compliance and accreditation management and is the company's first deal since receiving majority backing from Accel‑KKR in 2023; terms were not disclosed. Healthcare Growth Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Compliatric.

MedRisk Acquires Medata

Gryphon Investors Acquires Ncontracts from Mainsail Partners

Mainsail Partners, which invested in Ncontracts in 2015, sold the company; Michael Berman will remain CEO and several Gryphon software executives will join Ncontracts' board. Terms were not disclosed.

Cloudmed Acquires Eligibill

The acquisition expands Cloudmed's revenue cycle technology and insurance discovery functionality to help hospitals and health systems accelerate reimbursement and recover underpaid revenue.
