Bowman Consulting Group Acquires KTA Group, Inc.

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. has signed a letter of intent to acquire KTA Group, an MEP engineering firm based in Herndon, Virginia. The asset purchase expands Bowman's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) capabilities and supports its growth into the renewable energy market; KTA's approximately 40 technical experts will continue to operate from the Herndon office.
