CNSI and Kepro announced a merger to combine CNSI's health technology capabilities with Kepro's clinical services and care management expertise. The combined company will be backed by funds advised by The Carlyle Group, while Apax Partners' funds will exit their investment in Kepro; the new entity will retain headquarters in McLean, VA and Nashville, TN and rebrand in early 2023.
