CSC Generation Enterprise acquired Backcountry and its family of brands (MotoSport, Competitive Cyclist, Steep & Cheap), adding the specialty outdoor retailer to CSC’s multi-brand, digital-first platform. The deal is supported by a $112.0 million senior secured credit facility provided by Second Avenue Capital Partners, SB360 Capital Partners, and Ares Commercial Finance to refinance prior debt and support the acquisition.

OvareVentures Acquires BE Outfitter

Outside Acquires Pinkbike, CyclingTips, and Trailforks

Jernbro Acquires Veltec

Jernbro, a Sweden-based industrial maintenance and projects provider backed by Bluewater, has agreed to acquire Veltec to expand its capabilities and reach across Scandinavia. Veltec brings more than 50 years of experience and over 300 skilled staff in Norway and Denmark; the combined business will operate from 35+ locations and about 1,300 employees.

Velocity Truck Centers Acquires Triple-T Truck Centers

Velocity Truck Centers (part of Velocity Vehicle Group) has acquired Triple-T Truck Centers and its Aftermarket Parts business, expanding VTC's footprint across the Carolinas and the Southeast. The deal brings Triple-T's locations and a New Bern-based parts business into VTC's network as the company grows to 62 locations offering sales, service, parts and financing; owner Tim Matt has sold the business and VTC has committed to retain stewardship of management and employees.

Vecta Environmental Acquires Specialized Technologies (SpecTech)

The add-on expands Vecta's chemical cleaning and degassing capabilities, increases scale and customer density along the Gulf Coast, and adds another operating location to Vecta's footprint.
