The deal, which closed in December 2024, brings DPT's more than 100 locations and 300+ practitioners into Empower's platform (backed by Sheridan Capital Partners) and will be supported going forward by Sheridan Capital Partners and SV Health Investors; Aaron Kraai (founder of DPT) will serve as CEO of the combined company.
