The transaction provides Medical Knowledge Group’s management with additional resources to pursue growth initiatives; WindRose Health Investors, the prior majority sponsor, facilitated the sale as part of an investor exit.

BBI, a Crumlin, South Wales–headquartered supplier of diagnostics reagents, lateral flow development and diagnostic manufacturing services with more than 400 employees, will benefit from Novo Holdings' life-sciences expertise to pursue organic and inorganic growth.
