Freeman Spogli & Co. and LightBay Capital, alongside Infinity management, have acquired Infinity Home Services from North Branch Capital, with North Branch remaining a significant shareholder. The recapitalization will support Infinity’s acquisitive growth strategy, expanding its platform capabilities and accelerating organic and add-on expansion across multiple U.S. regions. The transaction closed December 28, 2022.
