Risk Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Simpson Travel

Risk Capital Partners has taken a majority stake in specialist luxury tour operator Simpson Travel. The deal will see Paul Carter appointed chairman and Ed Pyke promoted to managing director, with founder Graham Simpson remaining as an advisor while the Simpson family continue in senior roles; the investment is intended to support Simpson Travel’s growth and geographic expansion.
